Job Dscription: Under the direction of the Company's Manager, the Administrative Assistant will:
- Organize and manage files and documents.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Prepare and send mail and emails.
- Fax, scan and copy documents.
- Run errands for senior staff members.
- Support and assist the Company's Manager
- Perform a wide range of clerical duties, including data entry, account reconciliation, balance sheet maintenance, and book travel.
- Maintain vital financial, human resources and public records, collect data and provide information when requested.
- Supporting office staff with answering phones and greeting visitors along with other clerical duties.
Qualification:
The hourly rate will be determined based on candidate’s experience. French written and speaking skills are an asset.
